Skip Sizes Available
2 Yard Skips – these mini skips are a fantastic option for general household waste. Comfortably capable of holding 15-20 bin bags of waste, this size of skip is perfect for small-scale, domestic projects; maybe you’re undergoing a small renovation or have just had a spring clean, 2-yard skips are quick and easy way to get rid of the waste.
4 Yard Skips – able to hold 30-40 bin bags, a 4-yard skip provides the perfect waste removal solution for smaller domestic projects. From kitchen makeovers to bathroom renovations, this size of skip is the best option if it’s likely that there will be slightly larger waste materials.
6 Yard Skips – a very popular choice amongst our customers. With the capacity to hold 50-60 bin bags full of waste, a 6-yard skip is a great option for waste such as rubble, concrete, and soil.
8 Yard Skips – our 8-yard skips are by far the most popular choice. The larger size offers a great option for light building waste; holding 60-80 bin bags of waste, these skips are perfect for larger-scale projects.
10 Yard Skips – suitable for medium weight waste such wood and metal, with the capacity to hold 80-100 bin bags of waste, a 10-yard skip is great for large house clearances and bulky garden waste.
12 Yard Skips – ideal for large clearances and renovations, 12-yard skips have the capacity to hold between 100-120 bin bags. Despite the larger size, these skips cannot be used for heavy-duty waste due to weight limitations; for the removal of such waste, it is a better option to hire multiple smaller skips.
14 Yard Skips – the largest skip available at EWD Solutions, this is perfect for large-scale projects, however, there are limitations as to what they can carry.
